Sunday Writing Invitation
Sundays invite a different pace.
Less urgency. Less proving. More listening.
These weekly writing invitations are not about productivity or polish. They’re small openings — places to rest the pen on the page and notice what wants to emerge.
You don’t need to write well.
You don’t need to finish anything.
You don’t need to share what you write.
All you need is a few quiet minutes and a willingness to begin.
The invitation
Set a timer for 5 minutes.
Begin with the sentence:
“Right now, I am…”
Write without correcting yourself.
If you get stuck, repeat the sentence and continue.
When the timer ends, stop — even if you’re mid-sentence.
A gentle reminder
This isn’t a journal entry or a story. It’s a moment of arrival. A moment, a character, a place, a perspective, a reflection, an action …?
